Renewal tracking for everything that expires
RenewalRemind stores the expiry date, provider, cost and client for each domain, SSL certificate, hosting plan, AMC contract, email plan and software licence, and sorts them by how soon they need attention.

Renewal reminders by email and in the app
Each active asset gets reminders 60, 30, 14, 7, 3, 1 days before it expires. They go out at 08:00 in your account's time zone, by email and as an in-app notification.

Uptime monitoring without false alarms
RenewalRemind checks each site every 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes. When a check fails it is repeated 30 seconds later, and only a confirmed failure marks the site down and alerts your team.
- Down: no DNS, no connection, timeout or an HTTP error (400 and above)
- Degraded: the site answers but its SSL certificate is invalid
- Emails when a site goes down and when it recovers, with how long it was down
- Uptime and average response time for the last 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days
- 30 days of check history
SSL certificate monitoring and expiry warnings
Every HTTPS check reads the certificate your site serves. RenewalRemind flags expired, self-signed and mismatched certificates, and warns you when a valid certificate has 14, 7 and 1 day left.
- One warning per step, per certificate — never a flood of duplicates
- Renewed certificates are detected automatically and the countdown resets
- DNS resolution checked alongside HTTP and SSL
A single health score
Every asset and monitor scores 100 when safe, 70 when expiring within 30 days or slow, 40 when critical and 0 when overdue or down. Your health score is the average, from 0 to 100.

Team access with per-area permissions
The person who creates the account has full access. Invited team members get None, View or Manage for assets, monitors, clients, team and account settings — and start view-only.
