RenewalRemind is a web app that keeps track of renewal dates for domains, SSL certificates, hosting, AMC contracts, email plans and software licences, sends reminders before they expire, and monitors websites for downtime, SSL and DNS problems — all in one dashboard.

Freelancers, solo developers and agencies who look after websites and services for themselves or for clients. You can use it on your own, or invite your team and group everything by client.

Reminders go out 60, 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before each expiry date, at 8:00 in the morning in your account's time zone. Every team member who can see assets gets an email and an in-app alert.

No. When you add a domain, RenewalRemind looks up its WHOIS record once and fills in the expiry date and registrar for you. You can also import everything from a CSV file.

No. Clients are optional. Solo users can add assets and monitors straight away; agencies can group them by client whenever they want.

RenewalRemind checks each site every 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes. A failed check is retried after 30 seconds before the site is marked down, so you are not woken up by a single network blip. You get an email when a site goes down and when it recovers.

Every check can include the HTTP response and response time, the SSL certificate (validity and expiry date) and DNS resolution. A site that answers but has an invalid certificate is shown as degraded.

Yes. Monitored sites send an SSL warning when the certificate has 14, 7 and 1 day left — once per step, and the countdown resets automatically when the certificate is renewed.

A single 0–100 score for everything you track. Each asset and monitor scores 100 when safe, 70 when expiring within 30 days or slow, 40 when critical (7 days or less) and 0 when overdue or down; the health score is the average.

Yes. The Free plan is free forever and needs no credit card: 10 assets, 3 site monitors and 1 user — enough for 2–3 websites. Paid plans start at ₹499 a month (+ GST) and open soon.

Everything you already track keeps working. You simply can't add more until you upgrade — the dashboard tells you when you're close to a limit. Only active items count: cancelled or expired assets, paused monitors and deactivated team members don't use up your plan.

Starter is ₹499 a month (100 assets, 25 site monitors, 3 users), Pro is ₹1,499 a month (300 assets, 75 monitors, 10 users) and Agency is ₹3,999 a month with no limits. Prices are in rupees plus 18% GST; paying yearly gives you 2 months free. Paid plans open soon.

Anything with a renewal date: a domain, an SSL certificate, a hosting plan, an email plan, an AMC contract or a software licence. A typical website is 3–5 assets — the Free plan's 10 assets cover 2–3 websites.

Yes — no limits on assets, site monitors or team members, under a fair-use policy of around 500 site monitors per account. If you need more, talk to us.

Yes. The account owner has full access. Each team member gets None, View or Manage access per area — assets, monitors, clients, team and account settings. New members start view-only.

No. RenewalRemind never connects to your registrar, hosting panel or server. It only reads public information: WHOIS records, DNS, and the response and certificate your site serves to every visitor.
